today has been a long day. we started off by visiting the gyeongbok-gung palace, though we didn't stay that long since the sun was burning hot so we moved on to the next stop: the seodaemun prison which was very much interesting. to make it short, it is the prison where the koreans were held imprisoned by the japanese during the japanese rule of korea. very interesting. walking pass/into the cells, seeing the torture chambers etc. definately worth a visit. after that we chilled in myeongdong, had dinner, did some shopping and now we're back at the hostel.

in the afternoon we went to satisfy some of baby's needs in the techno mall.

then dinner! here above is a famous korean dish - samgyetang. ginseng chicken with rise inside. yummy.

and of course, korean bbq! entrecôte and pork. delicious!

apologies for the short update but it's really time to hit the bed now, we've been walking all day and are mad tired. so nitey folks!
